REGISTRATIONS
The AHS Symposium Committee has worked hard to bring you this year's program at significantly reduced rates without sacrificing program, location and benefits. This year's Full Early Registration will be $295, that's $130 less than the 2009 program. A One-Day Registration will be $165, $80 less than 2009. Student registration is $65, $10 less than last year's program.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
A Full Symposium Registration includes 2011 AHS Membership, participation in the symposium program, symposium proceedings disc, and participation in the ice-breaker reception on Wednesday night and Thursday evening event, 2 morning coffees, 2 lunches and refreshment breaks.
One day registrations include participation in the program on the selected day, symposium proceedings, morning coffee, lunch and breaks. One day registrations are not valid for the Wednesday ice-breaker reception or the Thursday evening event. Separate tickets must be purchased for these events.
REGISTRATION FEES
Full Symposium Registration Early (by 7/31/2010 5:00pm PST): $295
Full Symposium Registration Late (After 7/31/2010 5:00pm PST): $345
Student Registration (with valid student ID only): $65
One-Day Registration (Thursday or Friday): $165
Individual Ice-Breaker Ticket (Wednesday night): $35
Individual Thursday Evening Event Ticket: $65

REFUND AND SUBSTITUTE POLICY
Refunds must be requested in writing only by sending an email to hydrosymposium@eventinterface.com and include full name of the registrant with contact information and the reason of cancellation. Requests received prior to July 31, 2010 5:00pm PST will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation processing fee. No refunds given after the cancellation date; however you may send a substitute. You may enter your substitute's information by logging in to your EventInterface.com account if registered online, or email the information to hydrosymposium@eventinterface.com
